Established in 2016 in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, SZRBS is an integrated signage provider with a 1,200 m² factory and a 38-person team covering research and development, design, production, sales and service.
Markets and project types
The company has focused on signage for real estate developments, tourist attractions, star-rated hotels, schools, hospitals, large supermarkets and brand chain stores. The primary export markets are the United States and Canada, with this website focused on hospitality, corporate, financial, multi-location brand and large architectural signage.
What we manufacture
Production covers hotel room signs, indoor and outdoor wayfinding, etched and paint-filled metal plaques, LED signs, 3D illuminated letters, back-lit and borderless letters, rooftop signs, large exterior wall letters, stainless steel letters, acrylic letters and aluminum letters.
Materials and production
Available materials include 304 and 316 stainless steel, brass, aluminum and acrylic. Common thicknesses are 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 5.0 and 10.0 mm. Metal etching and paint filling are completed in-house, while PVD finishing is coordinated with external partners and checked by SZRBS against the approved reference.
Production equipment
The 1,200 m² production facility includes multiple laser welding machines, laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines and CNC engraving machines. OEM/ODM orders, customer drawings and structural design requirements are accepted for manufacturing review.
Commercial terms
The MOQ is one set and a single sample can be produced. Typical sample lead time is 5–7 days, followed by a typical bulk production lead time of 10–15 days after sample and drawing approval. Products are protected for export and packed in wooden crates.
Warranty, documents and installation
The standard product warranty is three years, with final coverage confirmed in the quotation. CE, FCC and UL documentation can be reviewed for applicable product models and destination requirements. SZRBS supplies the manufactured signage and structural design support but does not provide overseas installation.
