Established in Shenzhen in 2016, SZRBS integrates signage research and development, structural and production design, manufacturing, sales and service for international B2B projects.
Core production scope
From customer drawing to export wooden crate.
The 1,200 m² facility includes multiple laser cutting, laser welding, CNC bending and CNC engraving machines. OEM/ODM orders and customer drawings are accepted after feasibility review.
Laser & CNC Fabrication
Laser cutting and welding, CNC bending and engraving, edge preparation and component assembly.
In-House Etching & Paint Fill
Metal etching and paint filling are completed in-house for plaques, room signs and architectural identification.
Illuminated Building Signs
LED signs, 3D letters, back-lit letters, rooftop signs and large exterior wall letters are manufactured to approved drawings.
Finish & Quality Control
PVD is coordinated with external finishing partners, followed by SZRBS appearance, dimension, color and hardware checks.
Export Project Packing
Products receive protective packing, destination labels and reinforced wooden crates. Overseas installation is not included.
Verified commercial scope
Clear terms before production.
Lead times are typical and are confirmed again after the drawings, finish, quantity and sample requirements are reviewed.
Materials
304/316 stainless steel, brass, aluminum and acrylic.
Thickness
0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 5.0 and 10.0 mm options.
MOQ & Sample
MOQ is one set. Typical sample lead time is 5–7 days.
Production
Typical bulk lead time is 10–15 days after approval.
Warranty & Documents
Three-year warranty. CE, FCC and UL documents are reviewed for applicable product models.
Finish development
Approve the surface, not just the color name.
Brass, black, bronze and stainless finishes can vary under different light and production methods. PVD is externally processed, while approved physical references and SZRBS final inspection provide the production control basis.
Reference
Provide the designer's finish intent, control sample or target image.
Feasibility
Review base material, direction, texture, color and environmental exposure.
Sample
Prepare the agreed sample type for visual or full-production review.
Approval
Record the accepted sample, artwork and related production notes.
Control
Check production output against the approved reference and batch documentation.
