SZRBS manufactures coordinated hotel room number signs in stainless steel, brass, aluminum and acrylic combinations, with etched, paint-filled, printed and applied-graphic options. Braille and ADA-type signs can be manufactured to customer-approved drawings; the project designer or local code consultant remains responsible for confirming the applicable accessibility requirements.

Materials and finishes

Available materials include 304 and 316 stainless steel, brass, aluminum and acrylic. Common thickness options are 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 5.0 and 10.0 mm, with final suitability confirmed from the sign type, size and structure. PVD finishing is coordinated with external finishing partners and reviewed by SZRBS against the approved reference.

Production and quality control

Metal etching and paint filling are completed in-house. OEM/ODM production and customer-supplied drawings are accepted. Production is released against approved artwork and fabrication details, with checks covering dimensions, surface appearance, color, hardware, numbering and packaging labels.

Commercial terms

The minimum order quantity is one set. A single sample can be produced, with a typical sample lead time of 5–7 days. Typical bulk production is 10–15 days after sample and drawing approval. A three-year warranty is available, with the final coverage confirmed in the quotation.

Packaging for project delivery

Individual protection, room-number labels, floor-by-floor cartons and export wooden crates. Export wooden crates and internal protection are adjusted to the product size, fragility, shipment method and destination schedule.

Can SZRBS produce one sample before the main order?

Yes. One sample can be manufactured for approval. The typical sample lead time is 5–7 days, subject to the construction and finish.

What is the typical bulk production lead time?

Typical bulk production is 10–15 days after the drawings, sample and commercial details are approved. Complex or unusually large signs are confirmed separately.

Can items be packed by room, floor or site?

Yes. Provide the destination schedule before production so labels, internal protection and wooden-crate grouping can be planned with the sign list.

Are custom sizes and OEM/ODM orders available?

Yes. Customer drawings, custom sizes and OEM/ODM production are accepted after a feasibility review of the materials, finish, structure and installation details.

What warranty is provided?

The standard product warranty is three years. The applicable scope and conditions are confirmed in the quotation for the specific product and project.
